Do you ever wonder what fashion models eat during the day?
As it turns out, they don't starve themselves — at least not this one.
For breakfast, she said she ate home-cooked gluten-free pancakes. She said lunch was "chicken salad and iced tea." She snacked on "fruit, fruit, and more fruit" throughout the day, and finished off the day with fish tacos. She didn't mention serving sizes.
Additionally, she said her go-to beverage was coconut water, and that chocolate is her guilty pleasure. She said that when she's traveling she likes to eat granola.
While her diet seems relatively nonrestrictive (it's certainly not the limiting Whole 30 or paleo diet) it's worth noting that it doesn't come without a price. She works out. Williams says Pilates is her favorite workout, and she praises SLT — a boutique fitness studio built around a megaformer workout.
Then again, it's plausible she could chalk her physique up to genetics — that's what some Sports Illustrated models say, after all.
